One hour classes - Set Your Own Schedule - In Person or Online

All Grades

$30/hr per student

Customized exercise classes to fit the needs of each student. We will discuss fitness goals and why we need to stay active. Each class includes basic muscle and bone and nutrition information. Discount offered for multiple students.   Register


Online Classes

Fall 2021 Semester - One hour classes - 16 Weeks - Starts September 7th

Deep Stretch Class - Ages 10 and up Mondays 8:00pm

$10/1.5 hr

A slow paced, full body, peaceful stretch class designed to help release tension and loosen the muscles. We may use tools like a yoga strap, yoga block, foam roller, chair, etc.   Register

Moms Fitness Class - Adults Only Wednesdays 7:00am

$10/hr

Join in for an hour long exercise session to open the hips, increase  the flow of feminine energy, and get your heart pumping.   These sessions will focus on core and hip strength to help support a  woman's body. We will also work on loosening the muscles and ligaments  around our hips which have endured a lot thanks to motherhood.       Register

Welcome to Hogwarts - Grades 2nd-6th Thursdays 9:00am

Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, Arithmancy, Divination, Care of Magical Creatures.... and a few more from the Wizarding World. In the muggle world we will be covering topic of Language Arts, Math, History, Science, and Biology. Harry Potter games, crafts, art, and trivia will be incorporated into our weekly lessons.  Register

Roadtrip Across America - Grades K-3rd Thursdays 11:00am

 This year long course will bring us to all 50 states to learn about the facts, state symbols, capitals, and history. We travel through each state alphabetically and will have them memorized in order by the end of the year. Students are welcome to one semester or both.     Register

Anatomy and Nutrition - Grades 5th-8th Thursdays 1:00pm

 Come learn about the body systems and how they help us everyday to be strong and healthy humans. We will cover simple nutritional habits to make sure our bodies stay in tip top shape for everything we do in our daily lives.        Register

Little House Novel Study - Grades 3rd-6th Mondays 11:00am

 This semester we will be reading "On the Banks of Plum Creek" together and learning about pioneer life as we follow the Ingalls family through their journeys. Look forward to some crafts, recipes, and games based on the life and times of Laura Ingalls Wilder.   Register

Inside My Body - Grades TK-3rd Mondays 1:00pm

 Our bodies can do so many wonderful things. A lot of what our bodies can do, we don't even think about doing, like digesting our food and pumping blood through our veins. In this class we will take a journey through the different body systems to learn what makes us all human and just how amazing the human body is. Each class will have a different craft or experiment to help the lesson of the day as we travel through each of our organ systems. We will be building a human part by part together as

Healing Herbs - Grades 3rdh-6th Mondays 2:00pm

 Learn about the gentle healing properties of herbs, spices. We will cover ways that these plants can help common ailments we all face. Students will be making herbal sachets, bath bombs, tea blends, art, crafts, lotions and more. This class is educational and science or history based. At no time will information be meant to take the place of professional medical advice and use of these herbs should be under adult supervision.   Register


Learn Beyond the Book Classes

Fall 2021 Semester - 1 to 1.5 hour classes - 16 Weeks - Starts September 7th

Crochet (1 hr) - Grades 5th-8th Tuesdays 11:45am

Beginner and intermediate students are welcome to join this class. Beginner students will learn how to start projects and will focus on basic square and rectangles first like dish cloths and scarves. Intermediate students will practice more advanced stitches and work on curves, curls, and details in their work. Pattern reading and design will be worked on as we go.  Register

Math & Movement (1.5 hr) - Grades K-4th Tuesdays 1:00pm

Basic addition and subtraction facts are  practiced as we stretch and exercise. This class will help in simple  mental math skills and teach lifelong fitness habits.   Register

Touring the World (1.5 hr) - Grades K-3rd Wednesdays 9:30am

Grab your passports and let’s get together to travel all over the world. We will see iconic natural and man made structures, festivals around the world, and beautiful natural wonders. We will learn about different countries and cultures through stories and crafts as we visit a new location each week.         Register

Traveling the Oregon Trail (1.5 hr) - Grades 3rd-6th Wednesdays 11:00am

Learn about the challenges of traveling the Oregon Trail in search of a better life. We will read stories, make crafts, study History, and simulate our own journey west as a class. Can we make it all the way to California?   Register

Exploring National Parks (1.5 hr) - Grades K-3rd Wednesdays 1:00pm

Each week we will travel around the country exploring our National Parks and learning about the plants and animals that are present in each one. Stories, history, camp style crafts, art projects, and fun await us at each great National Park.    Register

HIIT for Teens - Grade Options 6th-12th

 Get ready to get sweaty! This class is going to combine dances you know, dances you may not know, fast paced exercises and movement that gets your heart rate up. We listen to upbeat playlists that we all add to and jump around our room getting fit. This is meant to make fitness fun while keeping our cardiovascular and immune systems strong.               Request

Yoga Storytime - Grade Options K-3rd

$15/hr per student

 Little ones will learn how to stretch their muscles and calm their minds. Each class we will do gentle yoga that helps kids feel more comfortable in their body. We will be reading stories with positive messages that help encourage mindfulness and have conversations that instill confidence and security within ourselves. Parents are welcome to join in as well to create healthy habits together.               Request

Yoga Warriors - Grade Options 6th-12th

$15/hr per student

Older students get a chance to socialize while doing more challenging poses that will increase balance, strength, and endurance. Various yoga levels will be accommodated and students will be encouraged to continue to challenge themselves each week.           Request

Harry Potter Novel Study - Grade Options 5th-8th

Each session covers one HP book. Reading comprehension and literature study. We take a look at this Harry Potter book while studying literature elements, character development, and story plots. We also have a little fun with all things Hogwarts!   Request

Adventureland: Disney Novel Study - Grade Options 5th-8th

$15/hr per student

 This is a novel study class for Disney themed books called "Kingdom Keepers" in which a group of teens must protect the parks from Disney Villains at night. After discussing the weekly lessons and problem solving skills in the book, we will learn Disney facts and history and also make crafts and play games.   Request

Social Studies at Disneyland - Grade Options 4th-9th

$15/hr per student

Lots of History and some science will be  covered in this class as we travel from ride to ride and land to land learning about why it is there, how it was started and how it all ties into the real (non-Disney) world. Disney tips, trivia, and  secrets will be shared in each class about the corresponding land we are in and each class will feature a ride through from one of the Disney Parks. Crafts will be made and games will be played.    Request
